Please note: this is a guided, outdoor walking tour that takes place on Xenia city sidewalks.
Tours last approximately 2 hours. Comfortable footware and weather-appropriate clothing should be worn.
City sidewalks are wheelchair and mobility-device friendly.
Occasionally, homeowners will invite tour attendees inside. Not all homes are wheelchair accessible.
This tour is an in-depth exploration of the Trebein-Flynn House on the GCHS property. We will go room by room and discuss the scary stories of previous encounters, the evidence gathered at paranormal investigations, and really get to see the house in all of its glory.

This tour will begin with a brief tour with highlights of the Trebein-Flynn House, and then will proceed down King Street and cover a portion of Galloway and will create a circle back to where we began.

Approximate walking distance: 1/2 mile
This tour will begin with a brief tour with highlights of the Trebein-Flynn House, and then will jump approximately halfway down King Street to the Samuel Patterson House, continue down the street, cover one portion of Galloway, and end with Ann Halder’s residence toward the North end of King Street. This tour will require more walking than the South tour, and will not end back at GCHS.
